Backing up

| To backup email in Outlook you need to open Outlook. Go to "File - Import and Export..."
You then want to select "Export to a file" and click "Next" |

| We want to export the file as a "Personal Folder File (.pst), so select it in this window. | |||||||||

| In order to get all the email, contacts, and calendar select "Personal Folders" and make sure that there is a check in the box beside "Include subfolders."
Click "Next" |

| In order to make this file easier to find, click the "Browse..." button and then select the desktop. Use the faculty or staff member's PID as the file name.
Click "Finish" |

| For this box just click "OK" and then the file will be created.
