Backing up

To backup email in Outlook you need to open Outlook. Go to "File - Import and Export..."

You then want to select "Export to a file" and click "Next"

We want to export the file as a "Personal Folder File (.pst), so select it in this window.

In order to get all the email, contacts, and calendar select "Personal Folders" and make sure that there is a check in the box beside "Include subfolders."

Click "Next"

In order to make this file easier to find, click the "Browse..." button and then select the desktop. Use the faculty or staff member's PID as the file name.

Click "Finish"

For this box just click "OK" and then the file will be created.
