Adobe updates
Solution
PC Users:
Note, you should allow any Spybot Search & Destroy or Integrity Client pop-ups during these steps.
- Uninstalling any and all Adobe Readers that might be installed: (Note that this step may require multiple reboots depending on which and how many versions are installed)
- Launch the “Add or Remove Programs” control panel applet from within the “Control Panel”.
- “Remove” any and all versions of the Adobe Reader listed in the “Currently installed programs:” list.
- After removing go to next step……
MAC Users
NOTE:
- all users are set up as administrators, so when prompted, you will need to put in your password.
- if you have the reader icon in your dock, you will need to remove it and replace it with the new one.
- Please remove all Adobe Readers by going into your applications folder and drag Adobe reader (s) to your trash can and empty. Then go to the next step:

Users with Adobe Reader 7.0 through 8.1.3, who can’t update to Adobe Reader 9.1, should update to Adobe Reader 8.1.4 or Adobe Reader 7.1.1, available from one of the following links:
