As I mentioned at the beginning of this step-by-step process, you can implement your survey by marking it either "open" or "closed" for data collection. Once you have finished your survey, click the button labeled "Done". You will see the following:

You have a number of choices here to finalize your survey. We have already edited the entry form, but perhaps you wish to edit the Exit page as well. Let's take a look at editing the Exit page.
